"Stationnement Interdit" is my illustration for Facts and Arguments, The Globe and Mail, May 7, 2008. The essay, by Moses Milstein, describes how he collected multiple parking tickets in Côte St. Luc's obscure world of municipal parking: an outstanding parking ticket on his father's car (almost) lead to the confiscation of his mother's living room furniture.
