Local Food for Livestock, The Boston Globe

cows_eating_grass2.gif

I did this illustration in 4 hours for The Boston Globe Op/Ed section. I think it turned our fairly well given the short time allowance. "The promise and limits of local food" by Brian Donahue discusses the feasibility of eating a 100-mile diet in New England. Thanks to Elaina Natario at the Globe for working with me on this one.
